Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data into the Agency Management systems as per the Client’s SOP.
- Process work via Portal as per Assigned tasks.
- Ensure Quality, Productivity, and timely delivery as per the deadlines.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Create daily and weekly reports as per the set process and guidelines.
- Interact with co-workers and Manager to meet client needs in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with Company policies and regulations.

- Deliver tasks within deadlines and comply with company policies.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Ability to learn quickly and assimilate information.

- Customer-centric approach with the ability to stay focused for extended periods.
Experience in quality control and knowledge of quality management systems.
