Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Assistant Managers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client requirements.
• Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality of service delivery.
• Ensure timely delivery of client projects within established quality and productivity metrics.
• Work closely with other teams to identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality,and profitability.
• Ensure the team is adequately trained and staffed to meet business demands.
• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and recommend action plans to improve performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and progress.
• Conduct performance evaluations, monitor team and individual KPIs, and take corrective action as needed.Provide feedback and mentor team members to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Work with clients to understand their requirements, provide regular updates on project status, and drive organic growth.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, encouraging team members to contribute ideas for enhancing processes and services.
