Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. business administration, management, or a relevant technical field)
Years of Experience: 5 +
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Assistant Managers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client requirements.
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality of service delivery.
- Ensure timely delivery of client projects within established quality and productivity metrics.
- Work closely with other teams to identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality,and profitability.
- Ensure the team is adequately trained and staffed to meet business demands.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and recommend action plans to improve performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and progress.
- Conduct performance evaluations, monitor team and individual KPIs, and take corrective action as needed.Provide feedback and mentor team members to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Work with clients to understand their requirements, provide regular updates on project status, and drive organic growth.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, encouraging team members to contribute ideas for enhancing processes and services.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, including coaching and mentoring.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean is a plus.
