Key Responsibilities:

• Check the work done by members for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to agreed guidelines and procedures.
• Review tasks via Portal and reports.
• Ensure quality, productivity, and timely delivery as per the deadlines.
• Develop and maintain quality control processes to ensure consistency and accuracy across all client tasks.
• Collaborate with members and managers to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and metrics to track quality performance and identify trends.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
