Key Responsibilities:
- User Research & Discovery:
Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analytics to gather deep insights into user needs and behaviors.
Develop personas, user journeys, and use cases to inform design decisions.
- Wireframing & Prototyping:
Translate high-level requirements into functional wireframes and interactive prototypes.
Develop low- and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
Iterate designs based on feedback from team members, users, and stakeholders.
- Visual Design & Interaction:
Create intuitive, user-centered designs for digital interfaces, including websites, and software platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X).
Develop and maintain UI component libraries and design systems to ensure consistency.
Define and implement responsive design patterns to ensure accessibility across all devices.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and align with the product vision (across our website and RPA product)
Participate in brainstorming sessions to solve UX challenges and propose innovative solutions.
- Testing & Validation:
Conduct A/B testing, usability tests, and iterative design improvements based on data-driven insights.
Continuously assess and improve the user experience based on qualitative and quantitative feedback.
What are we looking for?
- 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
- Attention to Detail – Have a meticulous eye for design detail and pixel perfection
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator).
- UX Certifications: Relevant certifications in UX design (Nielsen Norman, IDEO, etc.) are a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript that will allow you to effectively communicate with the development team.
- Experience with Analytics Tools: Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or other UX data tools to guide decision-making.
- Experience in social media content design is a plus.
- Understanding of SEO and web performance optimization.
- UX Certifications: Relevant certifications in UX design (Nielsen Norman, IDEO, etc.)
